I thought it would be nice to start a thread discussing our homeschooling journeys as well as what curriculum's we have tried, what worked for you or didn't and what you are currently doing.
For me.... we live in a very rural area and after my eldest child went to high school 60km away and was terribly unhappy we decided half way through grade 8 to start homeschooling. It made sense that I schooled all three kids if homeschooling one, but having one in high, one in primary and one in preschool makes it a challenge to do almost anything together.
After trying a few things we have settled on basic CAPS from textbooks so that we are on par with others in their grades and then to add in other things such as coding, typing etc
